Once you have made your booking, you may be asked to self-certify depending on the building.

To self-certify before your booking starts:

Navigate to the “Bookings” tab in the left-hand menu, and click on your booking.
This will take you to your booking page. Click “Self-certify” in the lower right-hand corner.
Read the policy text, click the checkbox, and click “Confirm” to agree to the terms.
You may be prevented from checking in to your booking if you do not self-certify first

To check in to your booking:

Navigate to the "Bookings" tab in the left-hand menu, and click on your booking.
Alternatively, you can click the link in your check-in reminder email or on your mobile push notification to navigate quickly to your booking
Click on “Check in” in the lower right-hand corner to check in to your booking. This will ensure you do not lose your space, and will also let others know you have made it to your booking.
Your booking will turn blue to show that you have now checked in.
