Prerequisites:

  • You must be at least a global admin, building admin, or team manager* in Kadence

  • You must be using the Kadence web app

Canceling bookings on behalf of others

  • From the “Bookings” tab, click into the booking you want to cancel

  • Click on “Cancel booking”

  • You will be prompted to confirm the choice to cancel the booking

  • If the booking you are canceling is part of a recurring booking, you will be given the option to cancel “This booking only” or “This and following bookings”. Select the appropriate option and then click “Cancel booking”
