Prerequisites:
You must be at least a global admin, building admin, or team manager* in Kadence
You must be using the Kadence web app
Canceling bookings on behalf of others
From the “Bookings” tab, click into the booking you want to cancel
Click on “Cancel booking”
You will be prompted to confirm the choice to cancel the booking
If the booking you are canceling is part of a recurring booking, you will be given the option to cancel “This booking only” or “This and following bookings”. Select the appropriate option and then click “Cancel booking”
