Give your teams a head start. Priority booking lets you control who gets early access to desks within a neighborhood—perfect for high-demand spaces or teams that need regular availability.

This step comes after setting up restricted access.

Enable Priority Booking

Toggle "Enable priority booking" to turn on early access for selected teams.

With this feature on, you can assign priority access by day and team—ensuring those who need it most get first pick.

Assign Priority Teams

Choose the teams who should have priority access by selecting them from the dropdown list.

Then, use the checkbox grid to select which days of the week each team should receive priority access for.

Set Late Access for Non-Priority Users

Not everyone needs a head start. Define when other employees (non-priority users) can start booking desks in this neighborhood.

Priority users: Set by default to your global booking in advance setting
Non-priority users: Choose how many days before the booking date they can access the space

For example:

If you enter 3, non-priority users can book 3 days in advance
If you enter 0, they can book on the day, starting from a specific time

If you’ve set non-priority access to 0 days, you’ll be able to define the start time bookings open for them (e.g. 8:00 AM).

Click Add in the lower right-hand corner to continue to the priority access settings page.
