Yes, we now allow admins to set up a service account in place of using their admin email to enable Outlook/Google calendar integration.
Prerequisites:
You must be a global admin in Kadence
You must have admin permissions in Google/Outlook
Adding a service account to an existing calendar integration
Login to Kadence
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Click on the 3-dot menu next to your calendar integration
Click "Add service account"
Enter the email address of your service account
Click "Verify integration"

Login to Kadence
Navigate to Settings > Integrations
Click "Add calendar integration"
Select your calendaring system (Google or Outlook)
Enable the toggle "Use mailbox as a service account"
Enter the email address of your service account
Click "Verify integration"
