Can Surveys be anonymous?

Yes, admins can enable anonymous responses during survey creation.

Can I edit a survey after publishing?

No, surveys cannot be edited once published. This is so responses to surveys remain valid in the future. If changes are needed, create a new survey.

Can Surveys be scheduled?

Yes, you can schedule surveys through announcements.

Can Employees change their responses?

Not yet. Future feature updates may allow response edits within a set timeframe.

Is there a limit on the number of questions?

No, but keeping surveys concise improves response rates.

Can I send a survey multiple times?

Yes, surveys can be sent to multiple different audiences at any time, again and again. If you wish to send a survey multiple times to the same audience, ensure the response limit setting is not turned on. This can be edited in survey settings.

Can I see all surveys?

Global admin users will be able to see and send all surveys that have been created, including those not created by them. Building admins, team managers, coordinators, and event organizers will only be able to see and send surveys they have created, or those they have been invited to as a collaborator.

Who can be added as a collaborator on a survey?

Any user can be invited to be a collaborator on a survey. Collaborators can view the survey that has been created and sent, and download copies of the responses CSV.

Can I send a survey to a guest or a user external to Kadence?

No, currently surveys can only be sent to users on your Kadence tenant.
