There may be a few reasons why you did not receive a welcome email after being added to Kadence, but your admins can try to resend a welcome email to you by doing the following:
Go to Directory > Click on the affected user
Click on the three dots (⋮) in the upper right-hand corner, then "Resend invitation"
If the user has already set a password, the field will say "Send password reset link" instead
If you still do not receive an email, check your spam folders for any emails from no-reply@onkadence.co. Please contact support@kadence.co or submit a request by clicking "Contact us" at the bottom of this page.
